Request a Cartridge Replacement

Note: We test our products before shipping, but damages can occur en route. If a cartridge stops working after any amount of usage, we will credit the remaining life of the cartridge and/or ship you out a replacement.

Refunds
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If 30 days have passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@renewabletoner.com.

Exchanges 
We always replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call or email us support@renewabletoner.com for a prepaid shipping label.

Shipping
To return your product, please use the return shipping label provided for you and mail to:

Please mail in the original packaging with an adequate amount of protection so it arrives safely.

In some instances, like returning unopened and/or unused products, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs in this instance are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Delivery times for your exchanged product may vary, but usually fall between 3-7 business days.
